How to Access the Knowledgebase Print

log in using your email address and password - your welcome email contains this information.
Once logged into your client area you will see a knowledgebase search box under your account information. The search box will say, "Enter a question here..."
Or click on "Support" on the navigation menu then, "Knowledgebase".
